A dear friend of mine, Evelyn Schwartz, is 93 years old, an Ohioian, widowed and content with her care-giver of the last 15 years. Her care-giver Dean, had a heart attack Nov. 08, and since then Adult Protective Services (APS) has come at her strong, and with lies. Add to this, a Probate court and another atty who has applied to be her guardian, because this magistrate made her a ward of the court, all thanks to the court appointed lawyer (who is nothing more than an USHER or tour guide) not working on behalf of her client, my friend. Those are the 'players' and the game seems to be; ISOLATE, MEDICATE AND STEAL THE ESTATE.
We are exposing this gang for what they are doing, and looking for other stories as well.

The Magna Carta is considered the founding document of English liberties and hence American liberties. The influence of Magna Carta can be seen in the United States Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Article 21 from the Declaration of Rights in the Maryland Constitution of 1776 reads:
"That no freeman ought to be taken, or imprisoned, or disseized of his freehold, liberties, or privileges, or outlawed, or exiled, or in any manner destroyed,
or deprived of his life, liberty, or property, but by the judgment of his peers,
or by the law of the land."
